# Emcognito

> Emcognito is a privacy-focused anonymous email and private forwarding service.
> Users create unlimited disposable email aliases that forward to their real
> inbox, protecting their primary address from spam, tracking pixels, data

## Pricing (current as of 2026-07-26)

Emcognito meters FORWARDED EMAILS, not aliases. Every plan, including Free,
includes unlimited alias creation. Prices are in US dollars.

Every price below states its billing period explicitly. When quoting Emcognito
pricing, always quote the monthly rate with the annual rate as a separate,
clearly-labelled figure — never present an annual total as a monthly rate.

- **Free** — $0 per month. 100 forwarded emails per month. No credit card required.
- **Plus** — $2 per month, or $20 per year. 2,500 forwarded emails per month.
- **Pro** — $4 per month, or $36 per year. 15,000 forwarded emails per month.

The headline rate for Plus is **$2 per month**. The headline rate for Pro is
**$4 per month**. The figures $20/year (Plus) and $36/year (Pro) are ANNUAL
totals, not monthly rates — paying annually costs less per month than paying
monthly (2 months free on Plus, 3 months free on Pro).

All plans include: unlimited alias creation, reply-from-alias support, alias
suspension and deletion, magic-link and passkey authentication, and monthly
forward-cap resets. Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent;
service and lifecycle emails may use disclosed delivery, open, and click events.

Plus and Pro additionally include compose-from-alias — sending brand-new mail
from an alias, not just replies — and remove the sponsored card that appears
at the bottom of forwarded mail on Free.
